Ensuring our tenants' deposits are securely registered clearly falls into that category. Kira was assigned our dispute, and she got our agent to engage with us and work toward a resolution of the dispute within 24 hours.
The TDS awarded me only 50% of the cost of replacement.

Great support from TDS that resolved this issue in less than one month and returned all deposit back. They then decided to ask for even more money, and we decided to go to TDS with this information to get our money back.TDS did not even consider this information as part of the dispute process, they looked at a few images, bizarrely compared pictures of two very different hobs as a basis of their review, and decided to award the landlord everything they wanted.We went through their official complaints procedure, where they acknowledged that they made their decision on two very different images, and apologised, but instantly became defensive- claiming enough evidence was not present so they would make assumptions on the condition of items instead, and that the agent's offer was for some reason "off-the-table" because TDS had to get involved- the whole reason we went to TDS in the first place.
